Craft Manager NAM (Northeast Region)
Location: New
York, with flexibility to be based and work within a neighbouring state in the
region
Introduction
As Craft Manager NAM, you will define and
develop the craft business within the region while supporting the Group Craft
Manager in delivering our growth ambitions and strategic plans. In this
commercial role, you will manage existing and future customer accounts,
strengthen partnerships, identify business opportunities, and drive sales
growth across the craft brewing sector.

North American craft market.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized support and service to new and existing
customer accounts in line with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement customer relationship management plans to
identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Promote and sell customer-focused solutions by identifying the
products and services that best meet customer needs, including appropriate
quantities and product configurations.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company
policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and codes of conduct.
- Secure bagged and bulk malt contracts with new and existing
customers while protecting margins and responding to fluctuating barley
prices.
- Travel extensively throughout the region to meet current and
prospective customers, secure new business, and represent the company at
local and national trade shows and networking events.
- Develop and execute an annual business plan for the region,
including key account objectives, budgeted travel plans, and performance
monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Craft Manager to review
progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure warehouses and
bulk malt transload locations are appropriately stocked to meet customer
demand.
- Utilize CRM systems to track opportunities and maintain
accurate records of existing and prospective customers.
- Work with regional and global Craft Commercial teams to develop
strategies that increase market share.
- Prepare and present account reviews, pricing proposals,
forecasts, and other commercial reports to internal stakeholders.
- Support the Craft Commercial team with additional commercial,
strategic, and marketing initiatives as required by business and market
needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
