Financial Reporting Specialist

Missions essentielles

Your mission

As a Financial Reporting Specialist, you will ensure consistent management financial reporting across the Group and alignment of financial planning processes (forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning). You will provide administrative support for the Financial Management Reporting tool (OneStream) and contribute to accurate and reliable financial reporting.

In addition, you will help harmonise and improve reporting processes, enhance integration within financial reporting tools, and support regional teams in their financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare Group consolidated management reporting, including preparation of the reporting package for ExCom, shareholders, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across the Group
  • Analyse and validate financial data (actuals, forecasts, budgets, strategic plans, and other reported figures)
  • Provide feedback to stakeholders to drive corrections and improve data quality and analysis

Planning & Process Alignment

  • Support the alignment of financial planning processes (forecasting, budgeting, long-term planning)
  • Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of closing, financial planning, and data collection processes
  • Help ensure consistent reporting and controlling processes across the Group

Systems & Tools (OneStream)

  • Act as Global Administrator of the Corporate Performance Management tool (OneStream)
  • Support the maintenance, updates, and ongoing development of OneStream and related reporting tools
  • Assist end users with reporting tools and processes, resolving discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy
  • Manage validations, error handling, and corrections to ensure reliable reporting

Reporting Development & Support

  • Support the development, deployment, and maintenance of financial reports and dashboards
  • Gather and translate end-user requirements into effective reporting solutions
  • Ensure delivered reports align with management requirements and approvals
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to regional teams on reporting processes

Continuous Improvement & Projects

  • Drive process improvements and promote best practices across financial reporting
  • Leverage system capabilities to streamline and optimize financial close activities
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects related to reporting and system enhancements

Profil / Compétences requises

Skills and Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in finance or equivalent
  • 5–10 years of experience in financial reporting, ideally within a multinational and/or manufacturing environment
  • Experience with financial reporting and planning tools (e.g. OneStream, SAP BFC)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Power BI / Power Query
  • Affinity with ERP systems (e.g. JD Edwards, SAP) is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and validation
  • Experience in improving and optimizing financial processes and systems
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively across teams in an international environment
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach
  • Experience with financial consolidation tools and database systems
  • Project management experience is an asset
  • Languages: English required; additional languages (French, Dutch, Spanish) are a plus
