We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Logistics Analyst to manage the daily coordination of by-product shipments across multiple production sites. This role is critical to maintaining operational flow, preventing bottlenecks, and supporting regional business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipments of by-products across plants to ensure smooth logistics and avoid delays
- Oversee vessel loading operations, including occasional weekend supervision, to maintain uninterrupted supply chain activities
- Accurately record shipments of malt, blends, and transfers in MAPPS/SAP systems
- Collaborate closely with the S&OP Planner to align production plans, inventory levels, and dispatch schedules
- Monitor and report on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Support cross-functional teams with timely data and insights to drive operational decisions
