Maintenance Assistant

Missions essentielles

Do you enjoy working close to operations and keeping technical systems running safely and efficiently? Join our team as a Maintenance Assistant and play a key role in ensuring reliable plant performance.

In close collaboration with the Technical Maintenance Manager, you will:

  • Support the implementation and optimization of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures
  • Supervise plant utilities, identify deviations, and report out-of-specification results
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures are applied and compliant within the facility
  • Assist in spare parts purchasing and help maintain and optimize inventory
  • Carry out a range of technical administrative tasks
  • Contribute to local CAPEX projects and BOPEX program initiatives
  • Implement and take ownership of EHS processes at operational level, ensuring safe working practices and compliance
  • Support the reliable, optimal, and safe operation of assets

Profil / Compétences requises

  • High school diploma in a technical field (mechanical or electrical) EHS qualification is a plus, or willingness to obtain it
  • Experience in a production environment within industrial maintenance
  • Good English skills, with the ability to interpret technical documents and standards
  • Solid IT skills: AutoCAD and Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
