MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

Missions essentielles

Boortmalt Croatia is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to ensure the most optimal maintenance and EHS processes on operational level in our production site in Nova Gradiška. If you have strong technical skills and you like working in a team and also independently, we would love to meet you!

Your responsibilities:

  • Support the Maintenance manager in the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Perform a broad range of technical administrative support duties
  • Supervising the plant utilities, identify any out of specification results
  • Maintaining inventory of critical equipment and supplies
  • Taking part in the CAPEX projects and BOPEX program
  • Implement and owning local EHS processes on operational level
  • Ensure that policies are comply with regulations and kept within the facility.

Profil / Compétences requises

  • High school diploma with technical discipline (mechanical or electrical)
  • HSE qualification or willing to obtain
  • Working experience in machinery maintenance and repair in an industrial environment
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Able to interpreted standard and technical documents in English
  • Good IT skills (Office 365, AutoCAD)
