Maintenance Planner

Missions essentielles

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Maintenance Planner to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance activities to optimize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support overall operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, technical knowledge of industrial equipment, and a collaborative mindset.

In this role, you will be the responsible person for: 

Maintenance Planning & Scheduling

  • Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities.
  • Coordinate with maintenance technicians, production teams, and external vendors to plan work orders.
  • Prioritize maintenance tasks based on safety, production impact, and resource availability.

Work Order Management

  • Create, track, and close work orders in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  • Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities, labor hours, and materials used.

Inventory & Procurement

  • Monitor spare parts inventory and initiate procurement of necessary materials.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure timely availability of parts and tools.

Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Support root cause analysis and reliability initiatives to reduce equipment failures.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain records for audits and regulatory inspections.

Profil / Compétences requises

  • 1-3 years of experience in maintenance planning within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or business field.
  • Proficiency in CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
  • Fluently English spoken and written
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
