Quality Control & Administration Specialist

Missions essentielles

To strengthen our European quality team, we are looking for a Quality & Administration Specialist — a detail-oriented and proactive professional who will support data management, quality reporting, and administrative processes across our European cluster.

 

Your Role

As a Quality & Administration Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for managing master data, quality data, and reporting within our ERP systems. You will ensure accurate and timely data entry, support the quality department with reporting, and contribute to the administrative follow-up of quality-related processes in Europe.

Your Responsibilities:

As a key member of our European quality team, you will:

  • Manage master data and ERP systems: Maintain customer and product specifications in MAPPS and JDE, ensure accurate stock allocation, and support colleagues as an ERP key user.
  • Prepare quality reports: Generate clear, actionable internal and client reports, continuously improving reporting tools and templates.
  • Coordinate samples and budgets: Organize external sample analyses, track quality-related purchase orders, and support invoice processing for the European cluster.
  • Support lab operations: Ensure compliance with laboratory standards, investigate anomalies, and manage records of non-conformities.

Profil / Compétences requises

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in preferably in a technical field: Agriculture, Agronomy, Food science, Chemistry or a related discipline.
  • Experienced with ERP systems (preferably MAPPS and/or JDE) and accurate data management.
  • Profound knowledge of Excell.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Strong analytical skills and a client-oriented approach.
  • Good communicator
  • Intrest in or knowledge of malting/brewing processes is a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
