Sales Collector & Sales Support

Missions essentielles

We are looking for a collaborative, customer-oriented and analytical profile, eager to add value to our collection processes and support business growth in a dynamic industrial environment.

Main tasks:

  • Collect malt sales generated by LATAM commercial team. Splitting them per segment and considering invoice in USD + amount of customers.
  • Contact customers to coordinate payments, send reminders, and resolve outstanding balances.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, to ensure aligned and efficient processes. Analyze customer payment behavior and identify potential risks or deviations.
  • Ensure accurate allocation and reconciliation of incoming payments.
  • Maintain updated records, reports, and collection
  • KPIs. Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Order-to-Cash process.

Profil / Compétences requises

  • University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • 3 years of experience in collection roles, managing customers of different sizes and levels of complexity.
  • Experience acting as a counterpart for customers in both domestic and export markets.
  • Previous experience in agroindustrial or industrial environments is highly valued.
  • Advanced Excel skills for analysis, follow-up and reporting.
  • Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
  • Intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective customer relationships.
  • Analytical, well-organized profile, able to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
