Technical Manager

Missions essentielles

Boortmalt is seeking a Technical Manager to oversee and optimize the maintenance of our production site in Croatia. If you have strong technical expertise and a knack for team management, we would love to meet you!

Your responsibilities:

  • Organize, control, and monitor plant maintenance.
  • Manage the workshop, spare parts warehouse, electrical areas, and buildings.
  • Develop and lead the maintenance team and the automated maintenance management system.
  • Energy reporting
  • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance.
  • Support the installation of new equipment and projects.
  • Document all repairs in the maintenance management system.
  • Analyze the causes of non-compliant results and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Profil / Compétences requises

  • Technical degree in a recognized engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or engineering
  • Experience in team management.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and food safety standards.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good IT skills (Office 365, AutoCAD, Maximo, ERP).
