Qualifications: Diploma or Technical Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Agriculture, or related field. Additional training in inventory management systems (e.g., ERP or Source platform) is an advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse or storekeeping roles, preferably in agribusiness, food processing, or FMCG industries. Familiarity with agricultural raw material handling, particularly cereals or barley, is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Basic quality inspection knowledge
- Good numerical and analytical ability
- Ability to use digital inventory and reporting platforms (e.g., Source)
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in storage environments
- Good leadership and coordination skills with laborers and assistant staff
- Attention to detail and reliability in documentation
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
